Four bids awarded to CDS

On 17-18 April 2023, pursuant to the Cabinet Decree No. 232 (PKM-232) “On supplementary measures for private business engagement into traffic safety” dated 21.04.2021 and supported by the Online Bidding Platform, CDS tendered for “Purchase of deployment locations for special imaging and video recording automated software and hardware devices”. The Online Bidding Platform recognizes this formal term as radar and camera deployment locations for convenience sake.

Pursuant to the bidding procedures, four bids were awarded to CDS:

  1. Pop District of Namangan region, highway A373, М39 246+950;
  2. Ohangaron District of Tashkent region, highway А373 М39 199+400;
  3. Ohangaron District of Tashkent region, highway А373 М39 214 km;
  4. Ohangaron District of Tashkent region, highway А373 М39 220+300.

PKM-232 also details action sequence also known as “the roadmap”: relevant document endorsement parties, competencies and deadlines. In other words, four locations along the major highway of national significance will see radars and cameras deployed within a specified time.

This project is a reflection of a prominent and vital activities. We consider it as implementation of our primary objective - road safety for pedestrians and drivers in Uzbekistan.
